What makes our blown-out eggshells stand out ?
All the blown-out eggshells are personally chosen and hand-picked for quality blank canvases to ensure the best possible results for all egg art. It is all quality control. Eggshells are flawless unless specified in a separate category under 'seconds or practice' eggs. Customer service is equally important as the quality of eggshells.
What is your guarantee & return policy?
Egg shells are closely inspected and candled against all cracks and weak shells. If you were to have a structure issue with an egg due to aggressive or poor shipping, the customer may then provide photo proof. A one-time replacement or a refund of the item may be applicable. OR, you may also contact us for a helpful resolution to the problem.

What are the payment options?
Payment options are by debit & credit & e-transfer. All debit and credit transactions on the site are secure.
My apologies, PAYPAL is not an option. Paypal's fees have increased and are not acceptable.
To ensure the prices do not inflate on the products we will not use third-party transactors. Other payments are user-friendly to Canada and the U.S.A. to keep prices affordable. If you are able and prefer to use an e-transfer, you are welcome to do so. We will be happy to work with you.

Currently shipping throughout Canada and the United States. (Shipping worldwide is being explored).
Do you have GIFT CERTIFICATES & CUSTOMIZATION?
Gift certificates are available. Currently gift certificates are sent via email to the recipient. OPTION: Before the certificte email is sent, the buyer is welcome to request a physical complimentary mailing of occasion card to the recipient with a short sweet explanation / instruction. Please advise when purchasing. Thank you.

COMPLIMENTARY GIFT OPTION: The gifter/buyer can purchase an order and have it shipped to the recipient of their choice with a complementary card of the occasion and a note instructed by you.

Customizing the eggshells can be done pending on availability of new stock. Perhaps the hole is preferred at the top or bottom. It depends on the supply, season, and availability.
Why are my eggshells resisting dyes?
Possibly the egg was not scrubbed enough and the bloom or cuticle is still present. If your eggs are acting resistant, please use straight vinegar to wash the shell. (This does not apply to duck eggs). Be sure not to get any vinegar inside. If dying, use a silicone plug or beeswax. (if you need instructions using a beeswax plug, please use "live chat").
